There has been an evolution of rehabilitation services provided in nursing center settings. Nursing centers are no longer a place to end your life, but rather to restart your life.

The science of great outcomes for your patient
Intensity and duration of therapy are the keys to rehabilitation success. Multiple research studies examining large groups of rehabilitation patients have demonstrated that increased intensity is directly related to improved patient outcomes.

Only in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), can your patient be progressively introduced to high-intensity rehabilitation over several weeks.

• Inpatient rehab facilities (IRF) require your patient to tolerate high-intensity therapy within 1 week. This is often unreachable for your patient from a psychological, physical and safety standpoint.

Only in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), can your patient have up to 20 weeks to achieve their goals.

• Inpatient rehab facilities (IRF) require your patient to achieve their goals within 2-3 weeks. Most patients require more time than this to make meaningful gains.

Nursing center rehabilitation care is the only place where intensity and duration can be adequately controlled to ensure the success of your patient.

• Individualized, high-intensity therapy available for up to 100 days

• We communicate with your primary care physician so they are informed of your progress
