Our Mission is simple; we are here to provide the best care in the Upper Peninsula to the most deserving people. Our philosophy is to provide each individual with the quality and time that is needed to promote functional outcomes for residents. We are first and foremost patient advocates.
U.P. Rehab Services is the largest locally-owned, therapist-managed Rehab provider in the Upper Peninsula. Our management and therapy team lives locally and can quickly react to patient and billing needs. We will become a valuable part of your care and treatment process.

Our methodology of care
- We notice that the greatest results come from fun, dynamic rehabilitation.
- In the Nursing Homes, PT, OT and Speech will be providing therapy throughout the day and at times, together. This is motivating and beneficial to the resident's success.
- Manual therapy is the foundation of our therapeutic approach with a specifically designed exercise program to maintain patient gains.
- Educating patients about their condition and allowing them to be active participants in their therapy session is at the core of our program.
- Each patient receives a personalized home exercise program so they can continue to maintain the gains achieved in therapy.
- Communication is crucial to the rehabilitation success. We believe we are part of a team that consists of the patient, therapist and their physician.
